Type of wine: Dry White Wine, 40% Semillon, 60% Sauvignon blanc

Tasting Notes : Bright clear gold colour with green highlights. Typical aromas of freshly cut grass rounded by aromas of lime together with jasmine. A rich, refreshing and exquisitely balanced taste, with a pleasant acidity. Its metallic aftertaste reveals the Mediterranean terroir.

Perfect Pairing: Served at 8-10oC, with shellfish, lean white meats, salads with light dressing, cooked dishes of Mediterranean cuisine and pasta with light sauces.
