Payment Methods

At The Greek Delicatessen, we strive to provide multiple payment options to ensure your online transactions are both flexible and secure. As a verified e-commerce site, we guarantee safe, encrypted payments.

• Debit/Credit Cards: Pay using Visa or Mastercard via our secure PayPal Pro payment portal. Your card details remain encrypted and inaccessible to unauthorized parties. No personal information is collected during the transaction.
• PayPal: You can also pay directly through your PayPal account. Please ensure your account details, including email and shipping address, are current to avoid delivery issues.

We do not dispatch orders until the full payment (including any applicable delivery fee) has been received. Upon successful payment, you will receive an automated receipt itemizing your order and any extra fees.

If you are located outside the UK, or if special arrangements have been made in advance, we can provide secure payment links via email through WorldPay or PayPal.

Recurring Payments & Monthly Subscriptions

• Payment Details: Your subscription payment includes the cost of chosen products plus any delivery charges, when applicable. Refer to our Delivery Information page for more details on shipping fees and terms.
• Billing Schedule: Payment is deducted on the working day of each agreed monthly dispatch.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any point between dispatches, as long as it is at least three working days before the next shipment date.
