Delivery Areas

• UK Mainland Only
• Exclusions: We do not currently deliver to the following postcodes: HS, KW, IV, AB, DD, PH, FK, PA, ZE, KY, IM, JE, GY, TR, and BT.

Delivery Times

• We aim to deliver your order within two to three working days whenever possible.
• Occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will contact you via phone or email to explain any delays.
• Our typical delivery hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:30.

Order Value & Shipping Costs

• Orders up to £50: £6.90 (packaging and postage included)
• Orders over £50: Free Delivery

How We Deliver

• For most UK locations, orders are shipped via third-party courier services. We may use DPD, MyHermes, Royal Mail, or Parcel Force, depending on your order’s size, weight, and destination.
• Once we have posted your goods, control and responsibility for the parcel transfer to the courier service.

Address & Contact Details

• Please ensure you provide a delivery address where you can receive your parcel between 9:00 and 17:30.
• During checkout, be sure to submit your correct phone number and email address. This allows both our customer service team and the courier to reach you if needed (e.g., to schedule or update delivery).

Tracking & Issues

• You will receive a tracking number via email from us and/or the courier service.
• If you do not receive your goods in the expected timeframe, contact us so we can help locate your parcel.
