White-yellow colour with green highlights. Character of unripe apricot, white flowers and basil with mild notes of toasted bread on the nose. The mouth is elegant and creamy, leaving a discreet freshness and fruity aftertaste.

Vineyard: Mountain vineyards of Kalavryta
Vinification: Pre-fermentation extraction for approximately 3 hours. This is followed by static settling and alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks, from selected yeasts at low temperatures. Part of the must ferments in new oak barrels and matures in them for approximately 5 months. Remains with the fine lees for 4 to 5 weeks with gentle agitation.
