Vinification: Careful collection and handling of the grapes. Static settling after 48 hours. Alcoholic fermentation by selected yeasts, at low temperatures.
The character: Good intensity of aromas of flowers (roses) and citrus fruits. The taste is light in volume, elegant, with a clean floral aroma in the mouth. It accompanies green salads or small fish.
