Varietal composition: Roditis 70%, Syrah 30%
Vineyard: Semi-mountainous vineyards, harvest in late September
Vinification: The varieties are harvested at the same time and vinified together. Pre-fermentation extraction for approximately 5 hours. Alcoholic fermentation follows with selected yeasts, at low temperatures. Maturation for 2 months in stainless steel tanks with the fine fermentation lees.
The character: Vivid pink color with violet highlights. Intense aroma of red fruits, white pepper and butter. Smooth mouthfeel with good structure and freshness. Accompany pizza, pasta, white meats, fatty grilled fish.
