Nico Lazaridi’s goal was to create a rosé wine from a Greek Variety, which would be associated with Northern Greece. Evil Eye is a premium rosé wine from 100% Xinomavro that can be enjoyed with a meal or on its own, as an aperitif. It presents a bright, pink color with rosy and light highlights. On the nose, the wine reveals aromas of mandarin, melon, tomato leaves combined with herbal and floral notes.  On the palate it is fresh and lively, with lively acidity that enhances the intensity of the fruit and offers a pleasant, light taste. The aftertaste is clean and refreshing, with a light floral touch.
