Michalis Athanasiou, wanting to explore the limits of Agiorgitiko of Nemea and create his own vision, creates the first rosé sparkling Agiorgitiko Nemea using the traditional Champagne method.
The fruit comes from an altitude of 900 meters in the highlands of Asprokambos and is bottled in 1,010 bottles.
In appearance we find a light pink color with good foam. In the aromatic characteristics we find a combination of flowers, fresh red fruits, citrus fruits, combined with the characteristic aromas of yeast and nuts from the autolysis process. In the mouth it has a soft, creamy character, with lively bubbles and acidity that spreads on the palate and leads us to an aftertaste of excellent duration.
