Vinification: Careful collection and handling of the grapes. De-mudging after 6 hours. Alcoholic fermentation by selected yeasts at low temperatures. Addition of fresh resin (Aleppo pine) approximately 0.2%.

The character: White-yellow color. Aromas of resin and citrus. The taste is light, refined, and refreshing. Aromas of resin dominate in the mouth. It can pair with different traditional Mediterranean dishes such as varieties of fried seafood or meat with fresh vegetables.
