Vinification: Careful collection and handling of the grapes. Classic red vinification with extraction for 6 – 8 days under controlled conditions. Malolactic fermentation follows.
The character: Good intensity red colour. Aromas of red fruits and jams. Taste is balanced with velvety tannins that give structure and nerve. Its finish is pleasant, fruity. It can accompany simple meats and pastes.
