Ingredients:
Dough 60%: wheat flour, vegetable oils and fats (contains soybean oil, coloring: B-carotene), water, sugar, pasteurized egg.
Filling 40%: mizithra (Greek origin) 30% (whey cheese from goat and sheep milk), feta cheese of Greek origin PDO 40% [fresh whole cow’s milk, cow’s cheese, cow’s milk cream, salt, stabilizer E407, E410, lactic acid culture, preservative: potassium sorbate, yogurt culture, stabilizer: (acetylated acid adipic starch, methylcellulose, terra gum)], wheat semolina, extra virgin olive oil 1.5%, salt, spices.
May contain traces of: soy, mustard, sesame.
