Another remarkable white wine for the Pavlidis Estate in Drama, one of those that does not go unnoticed by wine lovers at home and abroad. The passage through the barrel is very careful (duration 6 months – 25% new), while the pinched alcohol is perfectly harmonized with the whole. We recommend it!

The colour is pale yellow-green. Intense nose of peach and white-fleshed fruits that will acquire more minerality as it develops. Full mouth, with dominant acidity, gives a sense of freshness, while at the same time the satisfactory volume balances the result, giving many possibilities for harmony with food. Long-lasting aftertaste and intense mineral and fruit characteristics.

Vinification: Harvested during the night, when the grapes are at their optimum ripeness. After fermentation, the finished wine remains with its lees for 6 months,
Tasting: Golden yellow colour, complex aroma of tropical fruits (mango, pineapple), honey and wax on a discreet background of baked bread. In the mouth, oily and round, with a sense of sweetness and characteristic freshness in the aftertaste
Flavor Harmony: Grilled fish, shellfish, pasta dishes and a wide range of fatty cheeses.
Aging: Can be aged for 5 -6 years from harvest.
